"Pioneering a movement, growing a community"
The Care Farming Network hosted the first-ever Care Farming Network National Conference from January 13-15, 2025, at the University of Massachusetts in Amherst. This landmark event, held in partnership with Red Wiggler Care Farm and ServiceNet’s Prospect Meadow Farm, provided a dynamic platform for farmer-to-farmer learning, inspiring speakers, hands-on workshops, and engaging panel discussions.
170 conference participants attended this inclusive event that strengthened connections and fostered a thriving community among care farmers. Whether aspiring or established, attendees benefited from shared knowledge and resources. Together, we helped nourish the growth of the care farming movement across the U.S. while building a supportive, healthy, and diverse community.
