The Local Family Farm is an agriculture program operating on 4 acres under the auspices of Southwind Fields (a non-profit organization). We’re focused on cultivating compassion, ag education, employment, and sustainability for adults with intellectual disabilities and their community.
Our goal is to provide adults with disabilities the opportunity to get involved, learn about agriculture, and access job opportunities. We also hope to involve the community by offering a farm market and livestock sales.
