Sowing Hope Farm

Our goal is to offer adults with disabilities a place to connect in a nurturing environment where they can learn new skills, work as a team, build relationships, and grow in their knowledge while offering them a routine and a sense of accomplishment and self-worth. Sowing Hope Farm will focus on abilities, not disabilities, and a place where our participants will receive the support they need and the respect they deserve.

Our program participants engage in hands-on activities such as caring for animals, gardening, landscaping, floral design, household tasks and crafting. These experiences not only build practical skills, but also foster confidence, independence, and a sense of community
