2027 Care Farming Network National Conference
“This is Care Farming“
Raleigh–Durham–Chapel Hill Region, North Carolina
Late January / Early February 2027
(Exact dates coming in mid-July 2026 — save the date now!)
The Care Farming Network is excited to announce our 3rd National Conference.
What began as a long-held hope to gather care farmers from across the country has grown into an annual tradition. In 2025, more than 170 people joined us in Amherst, Massachusetts for CFN’s inaugural conference. In 2026, over 220 attendees gathered in Gaithersburg, Maryland to continue building relationships, sharing models, and strengthening the field together.
In 2027, we’re heading to North Carolina’s Raleigh–Durham–Chapel Hill region for our third national gathering.
This conference brings together care farmers, practitioners, researchers, advocates, educators, and supporters from across the United States and beyond — all connected by a shared belief that farms can be places of healing, belonging, purpose, and community.
