About the Conference
The Care Farming Network National Conference is the largest national gathering of care farmers, educators, practitioners, and advocates in the United States. What began in 2025 with 170 participants in Massachusetts has grown into a national movement, last year welcoming over 200 attendees from dozens of states and nearly 100 farms and organizations. The conference brings together established and aspiring care farmers, allies, and partners for three days of workshops, panels, speakers, and a farm tour, with a strong commitment to accessibility: past conferences have awarded dozens of scholarships and featured presenters with lived experience, from veterans to people in recovery to farmers with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our theme for 2027 is This is Care Farming, an invitation to every attendee to be a part of this incredible movement. Your sponsorship directly funds scholarships and event access for care farmers throughout the U.S., fueling the connections, community, and impact that is care farming.
The 3rd Annual Care Farming Network National Conference will take place in the Piedmont Region of North Carolina in early 2027.

About Care Farming Network
Care Farming Network is dedicated to advancing therapeutic farming to promote health, well-being, and belonging. We do this by connecting established and aspiring care farms, fostering meaningful support, and build awareness about the transformative power of care farming. As a program of Red Wiggler, CFN has grown from 16 to over 400 farms in just 5 years. We offer mentorships, consultations, resources, and connections to help aspiring and experienced care farmers thrive.
