Jennyrae Brongo is the Founder of Homesteads for Hope, a 55-acre Community Farm and future Housing Village in Rochester, NY, dedicated to serving young adults with disabilities. Inspired by her brother with autism, Jennyrae has developed a variety of social and vocational programs that foster inclusion and independence. Through a unique agritourism strategy, she has built a thriving community where individuals of all abilities can learn, work, live, and grow. Now, with plans to develop 30 acres of housing on the property, Jennyrae is bringing the full vision of Homesteads for Hope to life—creating a sustainable, inclusive village where everyone has a place to belong.
