TALMAR is a non-profit horticultural therapy center that operates a vegetable, cut flower, and egg farm that serves as a tool and toolbox for therapeutic programs. TALMAR provides therapeutic programs to people with disabilities, mental illness, traumatic brain injury and other special needs. Therapeutic programs are led by professionals licensed in their fields. TALMAR also provides vocational training for adults with disabilities, including a compensated work therapy program for veterans. Farm staff and volunteers include people with and without disabilities.
