Our mission is to reduce the 80+% unemployment rate among adults with Autism. We use flowers as an opportunity for young adults with Autism to learn workplace skills, communication skills, and integrate into the community.
We offer a three (3) month internships, renewable for up to one year, with the end-goal of paid employment outside of the farm. In addition to job experience, we offer mentorships, networking, interview and resume support.
