Growing Connections

Growing Connections LLC offers nature-based experiences through therapeutic gardening and farm-based programming designed to address the unique needs of individuals living with mental, physical or socio-economic barriers to promote social connection, stress reduction and resilience of the whole person.

Programs are held at Prairie Star Care Farm www.prairiestarcarefarm.com in Princeton MN.

Services are also available for individuals/groups in home settings or on-site within schools, community recreation and health care facilities within the Twin Cities metro area.
