Our vision is to provide an affordable, safe and comfortable place where adults with disabilities can live and work alongside typically-abled adults, and where social and counseling services are available.
Our mission is to:
- Provide a lifesharing home for adults with diverse physical, neurological and cognitive capabilities living and working with typically-abled adults.
- Provide an environment for work and social interaction where both typical and diverse individuals can be employed and feel personally respected, secure and supported.
- Provide appropriate training and supervision for work and play, taking into account a diversity of skills, capabilities and personalities, in such areas as gardening, food preparation, handcrafts and music.
- Manage the home, and coordinate counseling and therapy services appropriate to each resident.
