Care Farming Network is hosting a Midwest Meet-up at the beautiful 21 Roots Farm, just north of the Twin Cities. This is a hands-on, come-with-your-questions kind of day: tour a working care farm, see it in action, and connect with people at every stage of the care farming journey.
Whether you’re a seasoned care farmer, just starting to explore the idea, or simply curious about what care farming is, you’re welcome to attend.
The day includes:
-
- A guided tour of 21 Roots Farm
- A live demonstration of their apple cider press
- A look at the adaptive tools they’ve developed for farm use
- Plenty of time to ask questions, swap stories, and connect with fellow care farmers and other attendees
- A light lunch will be provided
