Building a Coalition with Community Partnerships
Because care farms span multiple intersections, they often require intentional partnerships to function and be sustainable. This webinar brings together care farmers and representatives from key partner organizations—including a food bank, an Extension Educator, and a care farm partnering with Children’s Home Counseling Services—to illustrate how cross-sector collaborations deepen impact. Presenters and attendees will explore how to identify aligned partners, build mutually beneficial relationships, and leverage shared resources for funding, training, referrals, and participant support.
