Rebekah Churchyard of Green Care Farms—Canada’s first care farm for people with dementia—offers insights into their sensory garden, daily rhythms, and person-centered approach. Grace Krach and Ashley Gray, LPCMH, LCPC, CAADC of Impact Life Farm discuss Harvesting Hope, a farm-based program designed for women in recovery.
