The Care Farming Network National Conference is the largest national gathering of care farmers, educators, social practitioners, and advocates in the United States. Our inaugural 2025 conference welcomed 170 participants from 30 states to Amherst, Massachusetts for what turned out to be an extraordinary event. Our 2026 Conference will build on our initial successes by offering an inclusive, energizing 3-day event featuring care farming speakers, workshops, panels, and a hosted farm tour—all centered on Rooted and Rising: Growing the future of care farming!

About Care Farming Network
Care Farming Network is dedicated to advancing therapeutic farming to promote health, well-being, and belonging. We do this by connecting established and aspiring care farms, fostering meaningful support, and build awareness about the transformative power of care farming. As a program of Red Wiggler Care Farm, CFN has grown from 16 to over 300 farms in just 3 years. We offer mentorships, consultations, resources, and connections to help aspiring and experienced care farmers thrive.
