The Land Farm is a healing, agriculture-centered community created to support homeless veterans as they work to overcome PTSD, addiction, and the invisible emotional wounds of military service. Situated on a 16-acre farm, The Land Farm is home to vegetable crops, chickens, and goats—offering a grounded, living landscape where healing happens through daily connection to the land.

The mission of The Land Farm is to provide veterans with a safe, nurturing care farm community where they can heal through therapeutic agriculture, trauma-informed support, and purposeful daily living. By engaging in meaningful farm work and caring for animals and crops, participants build routine, responsibility, and a renewed sense of belonging.

Rooted in the belief that agriculture can be a powerful pathway to recovery, The Land Farm is committed to sharing what they have learned to support veterans and others who have experienced trauma. They are eager to be part of a broader community that fosters care, dignity, and opportunity for marginalized communities, and to connect with like-minded care farms who share this vision of healing through land, work, and community.
