Cultivate Care Farms is a non-profit committed to improving the lives of children and adolescents through farm-based therapy and counseling. Our mission is to empower clients and the community in realizing their mental health goals through farm-based therapy, wellness programming, and community outreach.
Individual Farm-Based Therapy
Cultivate Care Farms offers therapy services for individuals at our serene farmhouse in Bolton, Massachusetts. Farm-based therapy involves a licensed clinician that works alongside a client on our grounds. Some clients might spend more time outdoors collecting chicken eggs or feeding the animals—while others might find more benefit in creating art of their favorite animals or helping us grow and harvest vegetables. We currently serve youth, preteen, and teen individuals.
