Join us on December 5 to celebrate and share what you accomplished in 2024 and what your resolutions and goals are for 2025! This will be a round-robin open discussion open to all- including those who are in the dreaming stages of planning a care farm!

This event is free for members and is part of our commitment to support networking and improve practice for Care Farmers. A member of the CFN team will always be available to facilitate conversation and offer additional support.

These gatherings are held on the first Thursday of every month from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 pm Eastern Time.
