The mission of Flowerwork Farm is to create a flexible and sustainable agricultural community for an integrated group of people with different needs and abilities, while farming using nature-based methods that nurture and nourish both the people and the land. We are looking to create an intentional community where people with disabilities can work alongside those without, doing work that they value, as members in a community who value them, in order to overcome marginalization and isolation.
