You're invited to the Care Farming Network's Virtual Launch!

The Care Farming Network is a catalyst for creating and sharing resources for Care Farms to be successful.

Join our virtual launch, where we will share what the Care Farming Network is all about. We'll also be highlighting a few member farms and focusing on how we connect and support Care Farms throughout the United States.

Existing and aspiring Care Farms are welcome to join and are encouraged to bring ideas, suggestions, and questions.

Desert Survivors, AZ
Desert Survivors Inc. is dedicated to providing quality employment to adults with developmental disabilities, advocacy to families and individuals, desert friendly products at our native plant nursery and services to our community. Our services promote respect for each individual’s beliefs and values within their culture and celebrate healthy living in our desert home.

Little Otter Flower Farm, VA
We are a small family farm started for our son Max who has Autism. We look forward to working with others with Autism to grow flowers, people and community.

Old School Farm, TN
Old School Farm is a nonprofit focused on uplifting our community. We employ adults with disabilities to grow, harvest, and deliver fresh produce to food deserts in Tennessee. At Old School Farm, we offer supportive, competitive employment to adults with disabilities. We believe that all individuals deserve opportunities to grow their skills through meaningful employment, and to become an active part of their community. We hope to become a model site of communal responsibility, where you will find individuals of all abilities and backgrounds working side by side to create a better future.

Urban Autism Solutions, IL
Urban Autism Solutions is dedicated to changing outcomes for young adults with autism through an integrated community life that advances social and vocational opportunities. Since its establishment in 2012, UAS has served more than 1,000 young adults through innovative, person-centered programs including the UAS West Side Transition Academy, Growing Solutions Farm, the UAS Life Lab and our Network 1212 social programs. These programs focus on the acquisition of life skills, community integration, social interaction, vocational training. We are located in a relevant, walkable neighborhood just three miles to Chicago's Loop with easy access to public transportation, shops and restaurants.
