Peace of Heart Farm’s mission is to create possibilities for persons of all abilities through the positive benefits of farming, garden, and community interaction.
Our mission expands beyond our home into our farm thanks to our POH Enrichment Program. It’s here on the farm where we are able to reach more families and individuals touched by autism in our community. Tuesday-Friday from 9am-noon, individuals with autism and a caregiver can join our staff and other community volunteers to learn organic gardening principles, culinary skills, and abstract art. No longer are individuals with autism left at home for hours at a time. They are welcomed with open arms at POHC.
