S:US Urban Farms are a network of nearly 100 farm and garden spaces across New York City that provide therapeutic horticulture services, vocational and personal development opportunities, employment, and food access to a diverse community of underserved New Yorkers. These growing spaces are co-located at behavioral health supportive housing and clinical services, intellectual/developmental disability residences and day programs, urgent housing shelters, and substance use recovery/treatment programs.
