Mission: Full Pocket Farm’s  mission is to inspire and assist individuals living with disabilities in developing self-reliance, self-determination, and independence through inclusive and meaningful agricultural activities and creative expression. 

Description: Full Pocket Farm builds life skills and practices vocational skills through therapeutic horticulture and inspired art techniques that explore the talents within. In addition to their day support program, they are a working flower farm that fosters community outreach and education.
