Healing Connections was created as a mental health practice focused on supporting various mental health diagnoses and substance use disorders through healing connections to others, nature, community, spirit, and self. My goal is to provide a therapeutic practice that can meet the various needs of individuals with virtual options, in-person therapy, and nature-based walk-and-talk therapy.
