Flowerwork Farm is a no-till, regenerative flower farm in downtown Florence, Massachusetts. We are members of the Grow Food Northampton Community Farm and follow organic growing methods. We grow a variety of annuals, perennials, bulbs and flowering shrubs and trees.
We practice sustainable farming and floral methods like locally sourced organic fertilizers, recycled paper based mulch, foam-free floral designs and re-purposed arrangement vessels and harvesting buckets. We are focused on providing locally grown flowers for our neighbors, finding unconventional, convenient and affordable ways to bring our customers some seasonal joy.
We offer hands-on vocational training to groups and individuals who may otherwise have difficulty accessing caring, inclusive and customizable work environments. We provide services for people who need a more structured, nature-based work environment so they can discover and develop the skills they need to find fulfilling jobs and reach their full potential.
